Safety & Workplace Management
Objective: Ensure zero harm, safe execution of all electrical activities, and strong adherence to safety systems in HV environments
Ensure 100% compliance with all safety procedures including PTW, LOTO, grounding practices, and switching protocols in 220?kV/60?MW systems. Conduct daily toolbox talks and mandatory safety induction for all newly joined contract labour. Achieve zero fatality / zero LTI in switchyard and electrical maintenance areas. Ensure that all work fronts maintain 5S workplace discipline and safe access/egress. Perform safety audits, job safety analyses (JSA) and close all observations within defined time. Monitor and enforce usage of proper PPE, especially for HV yard activities in outdoor environments.Daily Work Management
