Support Engineer

Our client are currently looking for a DV cleared support engineer to work in their busy support team. You will respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing feedback on progress, providing basic 1st/2nd line support for their environments, services and infrastructure. Escalate to 3rd line for complex issues. Carry out end user support (desk-side and remote) and issue comms to the user community for incidents and maintenance events. Respond to monitoring alerts, triage and escalate where necessary and ensure incident tickets are appropriately updated and maintained, and fed into the major incident process where necessary.
Tech stack wise you will need experience with Windows 10/11 and MacOS support and administration as well as Azure/Entra/AD administration and Microsoft 365 administration.
