Serving over 158,000 citizens in the heart of Scotland – Falkirk Council has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic IT professional to join the ICT Technology Team. You will provide IT support to staff across the Council, covering a range of areas including device management and provision, software installation and support and diagnosis of PC and laptop hardware issues. We are also looking for a high level of expertise in supporting the range of products that comprise the Microsoft 365 suite, which is now a key suite of tools used by staff across the Council to support service delivery. You will have a proven track record of mentoring more junior staff and demonstrate an ability to problem solve and work effectively under pressure.
