Support Engineer

Assist the Service Manager with the preparation of weekly and monthly service reports. Ensure accurate processing of meter billing and updates within the CRM system. Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to facilitate efficient daily service operations as needed. Maintain organized documentation and service records for auditing and tracking. Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions. Respond to on-site service calls and urgent breakdowns, ensuring prompt resolution. Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, network configurations, peripherals) and software-related problems (drivers, system integration, workflow...
