Support & Maintenance Project Engineer - Renewable Energy (Sevilla)

The role: Support and Maintenance Engineer (3 positions).

Responsibilities

• Support for SCADA systems and control centres for renewable energy generation assets, as well as integration of industrial control and communication systems;
• Main point of contact with customers for day‑to‑day projects and services;
• Evaluate specifications with customers for new requirements;
• Support in managing suppliers and third parties;
• Coordinate activities with horizontal teams;
• Regularly monitor the service together with the customer;
• Resolve 3rd level incidents (functional and technical);
• Prepare regular service reports and project documentation;
• Provide support for customers and users in the use of Bluence, including occasional trips to the U.S. to visit the customer’s office;
• Train customers and users, and identify and evaluate new requirements.
