I live at home with my family and have a fantastic team of Personal Assistants who support me to live life to the fullest. My conditions means that I require support with all aspects of my daily living. My team supports me with daily living, personal care, medication, and helping me access the activities I enjoy most. I enjoy getting out into the community, whether thats shopping trips, coffee shops, parks, or fun days out like the Zoo, Museum Trips and also Disneyland!
