Support Worker (Boscawen Farm)

Responsibilities

• Work with the people we support in a range of activities
• Assist with the daily running of an outdoor rural Hub
• Encourage the people we support to try new things
• Help create a fun and lively environment
• Track outcomes to ensure that the people we support make progress.

Qualifications and Skills

We don't ask for specific skills or experience; for us it's all about finding people who share in our values of being honest, creative, united, responsive and strong. You should combine a friendly and compassionate personality with the genuine desire to enable others. We like to see that our Support Workers have a good work ethic and take pride in creating an environment that enhances the lives of the people we support.
