Support Worker

Support Worker – Location: Brackla. Part‑time: 25 hours. Full UK driving licence required.

About the role

You will support four men aged 20‑50 with autism, hearing impairment, and varying communication needs in a home environment. Duties include assisting with day‑to‑day routines, providing companionship, facilitating social activities and household chores. Activities may include gaming (Harry Potter fans welcome), film nights, trips to a social club, family visits, and celebrations such as Halloween and Easter. Work is shift‑based, with occasional 3pm–midnight shifts that may include sleep‑in periods. The role is gentle, non‑personal‑care focussed, and centred on support and meaningful interaction.
