Job Overview

You will join an established, welcoming team in Llanmorlais, Swansea, supporting two gentlemen, M and P, in living full and meaningful lives in their home near the Loughor estuary. The setting encourages an active and balanced lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Build trusting relationships with M and P, recognizing their personalities, interests, and support needs. Provide patient, thoughtful support to process information and gentle encouragement for healthy living. Facilitate communication, including speech, signs, and gestures. Work closely with families, colleagues, and external professionals to ensure consistent, respectful, and person‑centred support.

Apply empathy, resilience, and a positive approach to create a calm, supportive environment where M and P feel safe, understood, and valued.
