Role Overview

Wellington Support is part of National Care Group, providing a purpose‑built Supported Living Service across 15 one‑bedroom apartments for individuals with complex needs. As a Support Worker you will work with young adults who have complex needs, building positive relationships, and supporting them to unlock their potential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
• Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Provide personal care support, including assistance with eating and medication administration.
