iPeople SC Solutions are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Support Workers to work with 16-18 year Care Leavers for our client based in Enfield and Ilford area.

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential to build a professional rapport with the Young People and support them in achieving their independence.

There are also opportunities to develop into the role of a Senior Support Workerwith greater responsibilities and benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and advise a small group of Young People within a lone working setting.
• You willtypically work with children who are Asylum Seekers, Young Offenders, YP struggling with mental health difficulties, and those with minor learning difficulties.
• You will also be expected to complete 1:1 life-skills work with the young people and escorting to appointments when necessary.
