Support Worker

We are looking for a Support Worker for the Acute Medical Unit. This position is not a Healthcare Assistant role. The support worker contributes to patient flow and must be kind, compassionate and able to work as part of a team that delivers high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure bed spaces are always clean and stocked.
  • Keep general areas within the department clean and continuously restocked.
  • Deliver and retrieve patient tests and specimens in a timely manner.
  • Assist patients in moving around the organisation as required.

Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week. 7.5 hour shifts.
