Your Opportunity

Coonamble Homelessness and Housing Support service enhances existing service responses for women and children who are in unsafe housing, homeless, or at risk of homelessness, as a result of domestic and family violence.

Your key responsibilities will to:

• Respond to referrals of clients to the service from internal and external support services and conduct formal assessments of suitability for support.
• Undertake initial registrations for clients, including all necessary paperwork and application forms.
• Provide ongoing case management support and case plan reviews to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including service partners both government and non-government.
• Ensure that all required internal and external administrative duties are completed accurately and to deadlines.
