Support Worker - Gender Specific Services

To support women who have experienced trauma and abuse within Llamau’s supported accommodation project. Working consistently as part of the project staff team, engaging with, building trusting and respectful relationships with, and providing support to women living in supported accommodation with multiple co-occurring needs.

Salary: £13.71 per hour / £25,020 per annum

Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm (occasional flexible working as per service need).

On Call: Required to be part of the first tier on call rota (1 week in 6), including telephone and in-person support.  Support Workers provide On Call support and advice for colleagues, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with. This may require providing some shift cover / out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible.
