About Hammonds

Here at Hammonds, we provide specialist care for maximum of 16 and up to 4 people in our respite homes. We are a service supporting adults with learning disabilities. We prioritise helping everyone have as much independence as they are able and to feel connected to the community around them.

Our Support Workers provide tailored care to the people they care for and we actively take them out to a range of activities from swimming to trips to the pub, to holidays to Euro Disney. We develop the activities around the individuals and what they are passionate or interested in. This allo...
