Support Workers – Greenwich Living Options (GLO)

We are seeking to fill several roles in our in-house provisions for adults with learning disabilities and autism, supported by the Royal Borough of Greenwich Health and Adult Services (HAS).

Role Overview:

• Deliver a strengths‑based approach to care, supporting residents' recreational, spiritual, social and emotional aspirations.
• Enable residents to express rights, choices and aspirations while maintaining the highest standard of care in accordance with Royal Greenwich Council and GLO policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
• Work within a team, using observational, listening, planning, communication and recording skills.
