Support Worker – Waking Nights (20:00–07:30)
Location: Weymouth Contract: Full-time
About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Weymouth. You’ll be supporting a friendly gentleman in his 20s who lives with different support needs, working as part of a close-knit team within his own home.
This role is all about providing calm, consistent overnight support that helps him maintain a positive sleep routine while being there for him if he wakes or needs reassurance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting independent living in a way that respects his choices and routines
Providing personal care in a dignified, person-centered manner
Administering medication safely and accurately
Working collaboratively with his family to ensure continuity and consistency of care
