We are looking for thoughtful and enthusiastic Support Workers to support two women, Jane and Eleanor, who live in their own homes in Wrexham. Together, you’ll support them to live independent, full, and meaningful lives based on the things that matter to them.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, from 15 to 37.5 hours per week. The role includes one sleep-in per week, with opportunities for additional hours if desired.
