**Position Details:**

+ **Shift:** 7:00am-3:30pm
+ **Days:** Monday – Friday / Occasional Weekends
**Responsibilities**
+ Assists the Manager in organizing and directing the overall operation of the Facilities division.
+ Plans, organizes and directs the daily work activities of the work group.
+ Collates and tracks all cost center expenditures.
+ Oversees the maintenance of a safe environment of care.
+ Schedules work assignments, PM's and repair work; responsible for all electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, appliances and grounds service and repair for their campus.
