1 Day a Week - Breast Surgeon - Far Rockaway, New York City (Queens Near JFK Airport)

• Permanent, part-time opportunity (1 day per week)
• Seeking a board certified or board eligible breast surgeon
• Reports to Chief of Surgery / Medical Director
• Responsibilities include:
  • Perform breast procedures: lumpectomies, mastectomies, biopsies, and coordination with reconstruction
  • Diagnose and manage benign and malignant breast conditions
  • Interpret imaging and pathology reports
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care, including long-term follow-up
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (oncology, radiology, pathology, plastic surgery)
  • Participate in tumor boards and case discussions
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis and treatment options
