Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Experienced Surgical First Assistant Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner sought for a full-time position in Watertown, NY.

This role involves assisting in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal results. You will also play a role in preoperative and postoperative patient care

Hours of coverage 11:00 AM TO 7:00 PM

Skills and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of surgical instruments, anatomy, and aseptic technique.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stress situations.
