- Dates of Coverage: September - September and December - December With possible future dates.
- Level 2 Trauma
- EMR: Hospital (Cerner), Clinic (AllScripts)
- Patient Demographic: Adult & Geriatric
- Locum provider will be covering emergency general surgery
- Credentialing timeline: 45 days
- Board Certified (Must be double Boarded in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care)
