Hospital: 60-63 beds to start (73 bed capability); 8 bed ICU (20 bed capacity); 8 ETC beds
Group/support: CRNA/MDA on call 24/7, 1 other VS
Requirements (boards): Board Certification in Vascular Surgery; CA license, CA DEA
