Surgical Tech - CVOR CST

CVOR CST Travel Position

Travel position for a CVOR CST. Shift is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unit information includes a heart team with a number of beds and staff support. The team consists of Day Shift Teams of 3, with 2 RNs and 1 CST Tech. Night Shift Teams have 2 members, 1 RN and 1 CST Tech. Patient ratios are 1:1. Type of equipment includes GE and Stryker. EMR utilized is Meditech and CPN. Typical procedures performed in the unit include CABG, AAA, TAVR, and valve replacements. Candidates should be flexible, confident, and team players. Patient experience and communication with staff and providers are priorities. Candidates should expect to float within 25 miles of the facility as needed. Call requirements will vary based on need and staffing, and will be discussed during the interview. There are no weekend shifts required.
