**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Surgical Tech at CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you’ll prepare the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We can’t operate without you.
The operating room (OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.
+ **Prepare & Maintain:** Set up procedure rooms with all necessary instrumentation, equipment, and supplies.
+ **Sterile Expertise:** Demonstrate mastery of sterile technique, sterilization processes, environmental controls, and instrument decontamination.
