Surveillance Supervisor - Sergeant

**Summary**

The **Surveillance Supervisor/Sergeant's** primary duty is to assist the Senior Shift Supervisor to ensure that contractual obligations are met. The SS/Sgt is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, and directing & inspecting the performance of all security personnel assigned to the shift. This includes scheduling the shift work distribution and training, answering of Security Officer (SO)s questions related to work, and solving shift problems with minimum supervision. The SS/Sgt is directly accountable to the Senior Shift Supervisors-LTs. The SS/Sgt may be armed with a side arm, shotgun, or other weapons as required.
