Role Overview
- The Airport Inspection & Passenger Survey Associate is responsible for conducting daily washroom inspections and passenger surveys at designated airport locations. The role also involves basic data analysis and reporting, including preparation of monthly presentation materials and participation in client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Inspections & Surveys
- Conduct routine washroom inspections at assigned airport locations using defined checklists
- Carry out passenger surveys and collect feedback professionally and accurately
- Submit inspection and survey data in a timely and complete manner
- Escalate critical issues observed during inspections where required
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Compile inspection and survey data using Microsoft Excel
