Survey Crew Chief

Hiring for a Party Crew Chief to lead field survey operations on complex infrastructure, transportation, and development projects throughout NYC. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of surveyors, engineers, and project managers on high‐visibility projects that shape the built environment. What You'll Do + Lead and manage daily field survey operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety + Execute boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction layout, and as‐built surveys + Interpret plans, specifications, and control data to guide field crews + Operate and maintain survey equipment (robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS, data collectors) + Serve as the primary field point of contact for project teams and inspectors + Mentor junior crew members and uphold best practices in the field + Document field activities clearly and accurately for office coordination What We're Looking For + 3-5+ years of surveying experience in NYC as Survey Party/Crew Chief, total 5-10 years o...
