As Sushi Cook, you will support the Sushi Chef in the preparation and presentation of sushi dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, hygiene, and consistency. You will work closely under the guidance of the Sushi Chef and wider culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
