Sustainability Associate

a) Conduct sustainability assessments for projects based on established green building and health certification standards (e.g., Green Mark, LEED, WELL).
b) Perform quantitative analyses to evaluate compliance with sustainability benchmarks, including energy and water efficiency related calculations, cost-benefit analyses, and return on investment.
c) Lead or actively contribute to design workshops and stakeholder presentations to integrate sustainability into project planning.
d) Oversee project coordination and management to ensure timely delivery of sustainability targets and documentation.
