HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Sustaining Engineer to support fleet testing by resolving issues across OEM vehicle systems and integrated autonomous vehicle hardware.In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end resolution of field and manufacturing issues, from root cause analysis through solution development, validation, release, and fleet implementation. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, service, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions aligned with Design for Service (DFS) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, collaborative, and experienced supporting complex electrical and mechanical vehicle systems in fast-paced development or production environments.
