SVP, Clinical Data Transformation

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Clinical Data Transformation Officer is the senior executive responsible for defining, leading, and executing the enterprise-wide clinical transformation strategy powered by AI that drives clinical excellence, operational performance, population health, and value‑based care outcomes across Atlantic Health.

This leader blends the organizational strategic vision, deep customer focus, domain knowledge and collaboration with technical expertise – that includes understanding AI architecture, data foundations, model lifecycles, cybersecurity, governance, and the economics of AI systems.

This leader oversees the full lifecycle of clinical data from acquisition and integration (primarily through Epic) to advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and actionable insights ensuring that data is transformed into measurable improvements in patient care, quality, safety, and financial performance.
