SVP/ VP Asset Management

We are seeking a Senior Vice President / Vice President of Asset Management to oversee a diversified real estate portfolio spanning operating assets, repositioning projects, and land and development-led opportunities across multiple geographies.

This is a hands-on role responsible not only for optimising performance of existing assets, but also for shaping future assets from an early stage — including land feasibility, development strategy, and asset definition.

The role sits at the intersection of asset management, development thinking, and investment strategy, working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and operating partners. The successful candidate will combine commercial rigour with practical judgement and will be comfortable operating across assets at different points in their lifecycle.
