SWAN or IIWCC Wound Care Nurse (Toronto)

Overview

This is a newly added position and in this community nursing role, as a nurse specialized in wound care you will work as a part of the ParaMed nursing health care team to provide and promote evidenced based advanced wound, ostomy and continence assessment, management and care to all patient groups either through a consultative process or by direct care.
