Swim England Teaching Educator & QA Officer

Hamilton Training is looking for an experienced and driven Swim England Teaching Educator & Quality Assurance Officer to support the delivery and growth of our training programmes. Working closely with the Head of Operations, this role supports all new and existing initiatives linked to Swim England, STA, and other relevant courses.

The role focuses on delivering engaging, high‑quality learning experiences that enable candidates to successfully achieve their qualifications. It also includes planning and conducting audits of swimming teachers and coaches in line with contractual requirements, while upholding and developing Health & Safety standards to meet operational needs.

• Prepare for and deliver the annual calendar of Swim England Level 1 and 2 courses.
