Duties

• Conduct swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels, ensuring that each participant receives personalized attention and instruction.
• Develop lesson plans that cater to the needs of individual students, focusing on technique, safety, and confidence in the water.
• Monitor participants during lessons to ensure safety protocols are followed and provide immediate assistance when necessary.
