Swimming Coach

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct engaging Physical Education (PE) swimming lessons under the Learn-to-Swim programme for students aged 3–18
Coach and develop swimmers at Pre-Competitive and Intermediate levels
Support students during swimming competitions, including team management and use of the Hytek registration system
Maintain basic knowledge of swimming pool pump systems and facility operations
Assist in school events, programmes, and expedition trips when required
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and demonstrate a willingness to grow professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant swimming coaching experience
Experience working with children and young adults
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge of pool operations is an advantage
Passion for teaching and developing young swimmers
Team player with a proactive attitude
