The Systems Analyst serves as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions across systems delivery projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are captured accurately and communicated clearly
- Produce high-quality documentation including Systems Requirements Documents, Technical Specification Documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Define non-functional requirements covering performance, security, and scalability
