System Engineer - IT Support

Podar International Schools, Bihar region is looking for System Engineer - ICT.

• Base Location: Samastipur, Bihar
• Role: System Engineer to oversee IT for 06 to 07 schools in Bihar and Bengal

Broadly responsible for;

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across school campuses including desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, smart boards, Wi-Fi and LAN.
• Ensure smooth functioning of school ERP / LMS / online learning platforms , email systems, and attendance software.
• Provide technical support to principals, teachers, admin teams, and students for hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventive maintenance of systems and networking equipment.
• Maintain data backup, antivirus protection, cybersecurity, and user access controls .
