System Engineer / Support Engineer (Business Communication Service Department)
Responsibilities:
To provide technical support to Service Department in servicing and maintenance services. Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support such as installation, configuration, commissioning and integration works. Provide technical solution whenever its required and product training to customer. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a systematic and logical manner and maintain good communications with relevant parties throughout troubleshooting process. Knowledge in Avaya Telephony Solution system is added advantage. Requirements:
