**Our Vision for this Role**

Responsible for escalated incidents and advanced support from System Administrator I staff and Desktop Support. Assist with and lead projects including, but not limited to, End User Devices, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Azure infrastructure, VMWare and hypervisors.
