Opportunity Description
2+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design or technical documentation.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
- Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with system users and technical development teams
- Ability to create, read, and interpret system documentation
- SQL skills and data analytics experience considered a plus
- Strong problem‑solving skills in process automation
- Demonstrated business impact from prior work
