RESPEC is seeking a highly experienced CAPPS Recruit Technical Oversight Analyst to support a statewide enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment serving numerous government organizations. This role will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing enterprise HR, payroll, recruiting, and financial systems while providing technical oversight for a major recruiting platform transition from Oracle Taleo Recruit to Oracle PeopleSoft Recruit (TAM/CG).

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, vendor management experience, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
