Overview
The appointee will be part of the team that provides support, maintenance and enhancements for the Student Administration System (Peoplesoft Campus Solution). The candidate should possess software development skills, project management capabilities and a strong passion for software design and implementation.
Responsibilities- Provide system administration, technical and operational support for the system.
- Monitor the system and ensure service availability.
- Provide maintenance for the system, covering the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities for change requests.
- Lead or participate in assigned projects, covering the end-to-end SDLC activities for new initiatives and requirements.
- Create and maintain system and technical documentation.
- Provide technical assistance to new members where applicable.
