Systems Analyst & Support Specialist (S2P)

Manage and support vendor off-the-shelf (VOTS) applications, working with complete end-to-end Source-to-Pay process. This includes the upstream Source-to-Contract (Sourcing and Contract management), downstream Procure-to-Pay processes (Procurement and Invoicing) as well as Vendor Management (Supplier performance and risk management data update) and Document Management System. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, optimizing application performance, and working closely with vendors, business users, and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
