Systems and Business Controls Analyst

ROLE SUMMARY:

Establishing, monitoring, and maintaining the Company’s business processes and systems to protect assets and ensure that all business processes and systems operate effectively and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements

KEY FUNCTIONS:

o Evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls; identify control weaknesses, process deficiencies, and compliance gaps.

o Recommending changes to processes to streamline and improve efficiency while strengthening controls.

o Collaborating with process owners to develop and implement strategies to address and remediate control deficiencies.

o Formulating and updating internal policies and procedures to improve controls, compliance, and efficiency.

o Providing training to Company employees on existing procedures and policies, and compliance standards

o Monitoring compliance with the existing procedures and policies, and reporting of exceptions (as applicable)
