About the Role

This is a hands‑on, client‑facing Senior Support Engineer position supporting a diverse customer base. You’ll work across multiple environments, handling a blend of remote support, onsite work, escalations, and project delivery.

The role offers strong variety, from troubleshooting day‑to‑day issues through to contributing to system improvements and security initiatives. Regular travel within Auckland is part of the role.
