Key Responsibilities
- Own first-touch resolution of tickets in the ServiceNow Collaboration queue across the M365 stack and supported third-party tools.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and document issues;
escalate to senior engineers or the Systems Architect with clear reproduction steps when needed. - Provide first-level technical support to end users for collaboration products and service.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining collaboration platform health under guidance.
