Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 4

**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 4 for the Skunk Works Integration Team which is responsible for developing and delivering training for the MD‑5 Ground Control System (GCS) within the UMCS/MQ‑25 program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 4 you will be responsible for creating and supporting innovative training solutions that enable customers to operate and maintain the GCS and associated C4I systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Design, develop, and maintain multimedia courseware for GCS and C4I system training, applying instructional systems design methodology.
+ Provide subject‑matter expertise, briefings, and hands‑on training to customer personnel in classroom, shipboard, and shore‑based environments.
