We're seeking a Systems Officer to join our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) team in Auckland or Christchurch. Working Monday to Friday as part of a close-knit team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the technology that supports emergency call taking and dispatch remains reliable, effective and fit for purpose.
This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise, problem‑solving skills and passion for continuous improvement in an environment where your work has a direct impact on our communities.
You'll be responsible for the administration, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the IOC's Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and related technologies.
